Rough set theory is a data analysis theory which can analyze and process inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete or other uncertainty information effectively. Pansystems theory is a Methodology which focuses on mining the nature of things, finding links between things, as well as the link between changes. This paper analyzes Knowledge Reduction and Decision Rules with Pansystems views deeply, mines their essence, and generalizes knowledge reduction model and decision-making rules model in Rough sets.First of all, the paper analyzes the nature of knowledge reduction in Rough sets based on difference-identity view in Pansystems, then generalizes Knowledge Reduction in Rough sets through the generalization the relativity factor- Indiscernibility Relation. Also the paper gives the corresponding knowledge reduction model.Second, the paper generalizes knowledge reduction in Rough sets through the generalization the relativity factor which is based on the essence of knowledge reduction in Rough sets. Also gives knowledge base reduction model.Finally, the paper analyzes the essence of decision rules in Rough sets based on body -shadow relationship in Pansystems, then finds out the original link of it. Also gives the generalized decision rules in Rough sets through the generalization Inclusion Relation in classical set theory, and gives a method extracting all decision rules from any two attributes in an Information table. |
