Electricity energy has become more and more important in daily life. Power system must work safe and reliable to insure the normal of power supply system. So DC power system must work reliable, which is the core of power plant, substation. High frequency switching power supply adopting soft switching technology, which has reliable high efficiency and long use time performances becomes the important part of DC power system.At the beginning of the paper, every components of DC power system are introduced.. Connect with GZDW3 DC power system made by author's company, the key components and key technology, they are discussed detailed in another part of paper.As is known, conventional charge and discharge modular uses phase control rectification technology, which brings big change of output voltage, interrupt of electrical magnetic, low efficiency and large size. Because of these, a high frequency switching supply based on phase shift control full bridge PWM soft switching technology can solve the flaws. The phase shift control full bridge PWM technology renders the switchers of converter works under Zero Voltage Zero Current Switching condition, which can reduces switching loss, but also can decrease the size of the converter and enhance the power density of system and make the output more reliable. It is very useful for protecting the battery and the system.GZDW3 DC power system has a CPU with strong function, which is called IDC200,As the brain of system, it measure current and voltage output of system, control the charge modular to charge the battery. At last, the paper introduce the insulated theory and equipment.
