Highway Ticketing Systems Design And Implementation

In recent years, construction of the expressway has witnessed fast development. As one of the important parts of expressway management, there has been remarkable development in the bill management. In the meantime, effective transformation must be taken to tackle with insufficient bill management, and it is urgent to apply the computerized bill, establish a bill management system with application of computer information technology, solve existing defects in the bill management, and improve the expressway bill management.As expounded in this paper that by applying computerized bill, the complicated and fussy bill management has been changed, which has greatly -enhanced toll-collection management efficiency, reduced labor intensity, simplified the operation procedure and improved the accuracy of management. Through classification, statistics and analysis of various raw data in the toll collection and automatic creation of various standardized standing books and statements, statistics of standing books and statements of various toll collection data have been realized. A fast highway bill system has been accomplished in this paper, which mainly includes:Ⅰ.Analyzing the present situation of the expressway bill management and its existing problems, and accounting on defects of the bill management in technology, methods and the system.Ⅱ.Designing the basic framework of the bill system. It introduces concepts and classifications of the bill management, analyzes the system technology roadmap, and expounds the logic framework adopted in the system.Ⅲ. Completing the database design of the bill management system: including selection of the database, design of database E-R diagram and other relevant database diagrams and so on.Ⅳ. Conducting detailed module design and function realization of the system. Design realization of such four modules as comprehensive inquiry, bill management, standing book management and statement management are introduced respectively.
