With the rapid development of network and the wide use of multimedia technology, it is very easy to get various digital multimedia information such as text, audio, image and so on. However, the side effect with it is that, some persons and organizations can copy, tamper and transmit the content without the permission of copyright ownership. How to protect copyright and authenticate the integrity of the content, has become a problem that should be solved immediately.The present conditions and existent problem of the information certification technology are analyzed and the audio watermarking technology is applied to audio information certification. First, the digital audio signal is decomposed by using discrete wavelet transform. The coefficients that embed watermark information after being changed with Arnold shuffling techniques are selected. Second, the tamper function is utilized to estimate whether the audio is tampered or not. The discussion is focus on the embedding and extracting of watermark information. Finally, Experimental results show that the system can authenticate the information certification.
