The Ronchi France Inspection Optical Aspheric Surface Image Processing

In recent years, the aspheric lens is widely used because of its superiority to the spherical lens, but the manufacture and inspection is much more difficult. In this research, a new method about Ronchi image processing is given. The geometry principle of Ronchi test, Least squares and Zernike multinomial are used to reconstruct wavefront. First, Ray tracing and the third-order aberration theory on designing Ronchi null grating are introduced to design Ronchi grating. Then the Ronchi image collected by CCD collection was used to data regression. In the end, according to the result of data regression, wavefront was reconstructed.The main work of the research is as follows:1 .The manufacture and evaluation methods of the aspheric lens are analyzed including their advantage and disadvantage and the current progress of them are also illustrated here.2. The principle of Ronchi test and data regression method are discussed. Furthermore, the method of Householder transformation is selected as the the practical method according to the need of the research.3. The principles of the design of Ronchi grating and the wavefront reconstruction of Ronchi test were introduced.4. Simulation for the design of Ronchi grating and wavefront reconstruction with Ronchi image was given.5. The softs and the flow charts used to wavefront resconstruction and Ronchi grating design are given.6.Image processing software is programmed by Matlab. The software based on programming with VC and Matlab is explored.The resules of this research show that this method based on the geometry principle of Ronchi test and using CCD collection is feasible. And the results accord well with the resule of Zygo interferometer.
