Along with 3G commercial approaching, the mobile video already received the widespread attention. the integration of mobile and fixed video business is the inevitable future development of the market, it can better promote the video business development, but also to meet the communication needs of people in general. Because when carry on the video transmission ,the network model and transfer agreements and so on all has nothing in common of mobile network and fixed network, making the video interworking in two nets become the most important problem facing us.In this article, the author relies on the network planning project experience of the China Netcom Group Corporation and China Mobile Communication Corporation, as well as the network maintenance experience in the China Netcom Corporation Shan Dong Branch, In the foundation of the profound understanding of the structure of the entire communication network, has done the following work to the integration of video research:First of all ,video interworking network model of the heterogeneous network under different scenes are given, and analyzed the call process between different types of video terminals. Then a service-aware adaptive QoS framework for video transmission over heterogeneous wireless networks is presented. and further raised the adaptive QoS algorithm, and made a solution of the video interworking in the futureIMS, and carried on the design of the interworking between IMS and the fixed soft exchange,between IMS and the 3G electric circuit territory video exchanges. Finally, from a heterogeneous network starting with the use of the agreement, the call process of the agreement to exchange was in-depth studied, and eventually a video interworking gateway model is designed, it has a strong practical significance.
