The digital mobile-television, said from the generalized concept, is the TV that broadcasts to the moving people. Mobile TV includes cell phone mobile TV, vehicle carried mobile TV, building mobile TV and so on. As one form of the new media, mobile TV provides the people who are in the public transportation, such as the rental car, the subway, the train,watching the picture clearly through the television, what its most major characteristic is receiving the digital television signal under the condition of moving.In this paper, "Mobile TV content" is the subject for the study. With the development of mobile TV, discussion of the "content is king" is the existence of mobile TV rules. Papers hope that the research on the mobile TV content to provide the development of the feasibility of the recommendations of a practical value, and help mobile television in today's diverse and complex media environment to enhance the competitivness and more obtain audiences' affection. This paper consists of four parts to describe. The first chapter of the thesis establishes the centre of this argument: The content of mobile TV is the key to the development of mobile TV. The second chapter investigates the contents of the current mobile TV and tries to find the existing problems. Chapter III and chapter IV propose mobile TV content's developmental strategy and the developmental road of the brand, trying to put the viability of the proposal, create mobile-TV's brand and establish the "content is king" mobile TV.
