With the development of Computer Science, the application of Embedded Software get more and more popular in people's daily lives. For improving the Embedded Software quality and development efficiency, people use the Components Technology to research the field of Embedded Project Software. The large scale software system which organized by the-third-side components construction platform not only reduces the costs of maintenance, but also improves the efficiency of development and the quality of software. However, people's eyes always focus on the development of the components technology and software reuse, but ignore the test of reliability of the software quality. Especially in the field of Embedded Software, the time attribute will bring more new challenges to ensure the software reliability. So now the big problem we faced is how to evaluate the reliability of Embedded Software based on Component Technology.We study the characteristic of component-based software, the principal and technique of software reliability assurance. On one hand, we summarize the problems in modeling of the components reliability, and improve the relativity modeling and the components re-evaluation path analysis modeling. Another hand, we research the reliability traits in real-time software, and analyze the influences to the task operation cause the factors as time, priority, invalidation and so on. Combining to the principle of Components System Organization (each component is responsible to the unique task, all the components collaborate to complete the distinct functions), we decide mapping the task factors which influent the system to each component, use the reliability of the task of running paths in components system to evaluate the reliability of the Computer System. According to the thought we described above, we build the task-path-mapping component-based real-time software reliability evaluation modeling.Actually, we design the reliability evaluation system based on MCU as a part of the project- Component-based software platform for intelligent appliances, ensure the feasibility of our modeling and the quality of the development of software.
