Web-based Telephony And Sms Integrated Service System Development Study

This paper presents a comprehensive application of CTI, GSM/SMS and TTS, and a Web-based integrated system of automatic telephone voice and message services has been developed and applied which is based on the research of new technology of computer and communication.Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and international's present situation and development of CTI voice card and GSM/SMS, and the research subject is put forward. Secondly, the key technologies such as CTI,GSM,TTS and Database access are studied. Moreover, the design and realization of the integrated system of telephone voice and the message service based on Web is introduced in detail. Finally, some existing problems in the operation of the system are found out, and the foreground of the integrated services system in future is expected.As a subsystem of the network office system, the Web-based integrated services system can effectively expand the application range of the network office system, enrich its connotations, and enhance its function. It can not only increase the level of the resource utilization, but also improve the working efficiency. It has high application value, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. However, there are some problems in application which need further improvement.
