The technologies about netted-radar system are more and more important because of the existence of "Four Threats". As establishment of a true netted-radar system will spend enormous human and material resources, this thesis aims to build up an easy, low-cost research platform system for netted-radar technology. This simulation system will be exploited to research the signal processing algorithms of netted-radar systems such as data fusion.This paper begins by studying the structure and characteristics of netted-radar systems. And then we take use of the similar reflective properties of acoustic and electromagnetic waves to design the simulation system. At the same time, the technology of modern DSP and signal processor implementation is used to complete the design. Based on the characteristics and structures of the netted-radar system, we design an acoustic simulation system, including the transmitter, the receiver, and the signal processor. After completion of system design, we study the error sources of the simulation system, and design some ways to compensate the error to a certain extent.At last, we design the hardware circuit of the simulation system in detail, including the electronic circuit schematic, and the PCB board, and then finish the making of circuit boards. The essential explanations to the questions which need to pay attention to are made as well. On the software, we focus on the design of DSP interface and key communication programs, with the support of which the hardware can fulfill its functions as request.
