Design And Implementation Of E-government Approval System

As we known, the Administering Examination and Approval is the important part of Electronic Government Administrations, and associated examination and approval is the most complex part of the Administering Examination and Approval. This paper focuses on the defects of the working flow of associated examination and approval ,the design and realize of the Parallel Connection Examination and Approbation System based on B/S structure. This system should be registered in the procedures of being accepted by the industrial and commercial department, informed to the other departments concerned, approved jointly and finished in a limited period of time.According to Electronic Government Administrations and relative application technology study, basing on B/S structure and ASP is presented propose to develop this system. By it, this system of software architecture and general process frame is designed. The design of the database include conceptual design,logical structure design and database optimization. On the basis of data flow graphs and general function structure graph, structured design method is used to design system function module. Finally, the example of developing a concrete application is presented.This Parallel Connection Examination and Approbation System will not only meet all kind of operation demand, but also improve efficiency of local governments.
