Presently, the multi-sensor information fusion has become the hot area and the key technologies in domestic and foreign research. With the mobility and the tactical means constantly improving and perfecting of enemy's flight targets in modern warfare, using a single sensor measurement data has been difficult to achieve the goal of continuous tracking. Under the situation of the central single high accuracy sensor's expensive cost and the low survivability, composing of distributed sensor networks with modest cost and accuracy sensors, using multi-sensor data fusion technology to ensure the performance of target tracking, which has became a realistic and feasible choice with limited cost.Based on the engineering background, a number of low-cost radars were used to compose distributed detection network, which achieved the goal of the high reliability and high precision tracking through the in-depth study of existing multi-sensor data fusion theory and algorithms.Firstly, systemic analysis and simulation of single-sensor adaptive filtering algorithms which recognized in domestic and foreign were given in this thesis. The results showed that the interactive multi-model(IMM) algorithm had a higher integrated precision, which was difficult to further improve the system accuracy because of the single sensor's low accuracy data.Next, based on the analysis and comparison of the present widespread research of the simple fusion algorithm and the covariance fusion algorithm and the lamination fusion algorithm, the lamination fusion algorithm with distributed fusion structure was selected. As well as the theoretical analysis, the results of numerical simulation demonstrated the feasibility of this method and it had a higher tracking accuracy especially maneuverable situation .The asynchronous tracking fusion had been a difficult problem in common practice which needed to solve. In order to facilitate the realization of projects, based on the asynchronous fusion model of fusion cycle this paper promoted an optimal asynchronous fusion algorithm from the circumstance of the synchronous lamination fusion algorithm. Finally, the digital simulation result had show the feasibility of the proposed algorithms, and could supply a reference for the application in engineering.
