With the rapid development of Chinese mobile communication networks in recent years, it becomes the largest one in the world. Expand of mobile communication networks greatly activates the development of the whole industry chain, it has been leading the high demand for the Optical-fiber amplifying stations. With 3G coming, Chinese network providers will update their mobile communication networks. the need of mobile communication equipment will increase in a explosive trend term , according to the estimating by the industry authorities,this will lead the explosive demand for the optical fiber transceivers. At present, there isn't obvious gap between the home manufacturers and abroad. Even some products are creative and advance in technology and function. So it is necessary to design and develop a product with better performance, full function, low cost to meet the upcoming increasing markets. It will bring good benefits for the companies.In this thesis, the main task is to develop and design a optical fiber transceiver suitable for the multi-carrier waves communication system,the transceiver is applicable to connecting the modulated RF signals of multi-carrier waves in GSM,CDMA,WCDMA,PHS systems, so that it can be meet the technical demand in optical link, RF link, interface control of optical fiber direct amplifying stations in modern wireless communication system.For the transmission system of amplifying station with optical fiber ,in order to meet the high performance of whole system, it is usually strict demand for each work un it in the noise ratio, output power, modulation ratio of carry waves, electromagnetism interference and radiation. in order to meet the technical index of each node, it is higher demand for each device of the system in technology. The key parameters of laser device on inter-modulation, modulation depth and no-linear distortion, noise and output power and the receiving sensitivity of detector are put forward in the thesis. Meanwhile, the solution how to ensure and enhance the technical parameters of the transmitting laser device on CSO, CTB, RIN, how to enhance the sensitivity of receiving photo-electricity diode, how to reduce the effects of optical link reflect in transmitting laser device and optical transmitting system, how to improve inter-modulation spurious noise in optical receiving part, how to connect the all optical fiber direct amplifying stations in system are discussed.The RF matching for the optical transmitting unit of laser set ,the predistortion circuits of transmitting laser set, the RF matching for PIN optical receiving module, the inter-modulation of amplifying circuits between optical receiving circuits , technics control of the optical fiber coupling port in transmitting laser set and the optical link devices ,Through experiments and tests, the technical index of the key circuits and the connecting between of all unit both meet the demand of application, at the same time, I designed and developed the optical fiber transceiver with network managing responder.It will solve some technical problems for developing our company's optical communication network products with our IP for the successful design and development of optical fiber transceiver with network managing responder .After successfully developing the product. it brings the company some benefits. have good sale achievements soon, the wireless network providers will need more mobile communication equipments in a exploding speed, The product designing in the paper will bring much better economy benefits for our companies.
