Radio-over-Fiber(RoF)technology can provide an end-to-end and cost-effective solution to the inherent problems of wireless communication such as loss,complexity and bandwidth limitations.It is widely applied in wireless broadband access networks,phased arrays Antennas,optical sensors,remote antennas,and radar.The generation and transmission methods of millimeter wave signals have also been studied in depth.In addition,optical fiber acoustic wave sensing technology uses light waves as a carrier and optical fibers as media to convert sound wave information into optical signals such as intensity,phase,and wavelength,and uses different optical demodulation techniques to detect sound wave information.Optical fiber acoustic wave sensors play a huge role in the fields of national defense security,industrial engineering,medical and health,etc.due to their high sensitivity,wide spectrum response,and low interference.This paper mainly studies related technologies of optical fiber signal processing,proposes a new MZM single RF signal generation method based on RF modulation voltage control and proposes an adaptive optical band radio frequency communication scheme based on probability shaping for intelligent band selection.This paper also takes the optical fiber sensor as the research background and an optical fiber acoustic wave sensor based on ?/2 orthogonal phase plate is proposed.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)A new MZM RF signal generation method based on RF modulation voltage control in RoF link is proposed.The feasibility of the generation scheme is verified through simulation.(2)An adaptive optical band radio frequency communication scheme based on probability shaping for intelligent band selection is proposed.Simulation results show that the proposed approach can effectively reduce the bit error rate while avoiding co-channel interference.(3)A fiber acoustic sensor based on ?/2 orthogonal phase plate is proposed,the frequency response characteristic curve of the vibration mode of the fiber acoustic sensor is established,and the development method of fiber acoustic sensor based on ?/2 orthogonal phase plate is studied.The simulation and experimental results show that the optical fiber acoustic sensor proposed in this paper has high sensitivity.(4)The basic principle of the low-temperature cross-interference method of the short cavity long interference technique is studied.The temperature self-stabilization mechanism of the fiber acoustic sensor based on ?/2 orthogonal phase plate proposed in this paper is verified by simulation and experiment.
