Digital signal transmitter as a test facility is an important part of information processing system. In order to provide special signals, such as radar signals, it is necessary to design a dedicated digital signal transmitter in the "xx Project". In this paper provide a scheme to design a dedicated digital signal transmitter based on PCI bus.The purpose of the scheme is to be able to collect radar signal as a file, then track the signal file to get trajectory signal documents. At the same time, the signal transmitter can put different signal file which is used for equipment debugging sent to the detection ports.In this paper, system design can be divided into two aspects of hardware and software to introduce:Hardware design included FPGA logic design and peripheries. In the hardware design, the most important thing is the FPGA logic design, including 9 channels master slave SPI interface logic control, the SDRAM control, the PCI9054 logic control, as well as logic signal synchronization between modules, signal send and receive.In this paper software include driver software and application software. Drive software use PLXSDK software kit control the PCI bus for data collection and delivering. Application software includes data extraction and distribution, using methods such as the Kalman filter.The results demonstrate that the system can work effectively to achieve data and SPI delivering requirement.
