Rapid growth of Electronic auction(E-Auction) provides us convienient life, however,it raises security problems of E-Auction,and thus the design of secure E-Aucion schemes becomes more and more important and desirable.This paper first gives a brief introduction to E-Auction categories and design requirements,a survey on E-Auction and its research,then analyses the current E-Auction schemes,including English auction,1St-price sealed-bid auction,and 2nd-price sealed-bid auction.This paper then finds out the points that can link schemes and realistic systems by analyzing the key technologies and models of current schemes,designs a sealed-bid E-Auction scheme which is secure,efficient and practical.In the scheme this paper proposed,property of anonymity has been satisfied,because it sets two semitrusted authorities(a registration manager,a auction manager) to decentralize AM's rights in central server auctions,therefore to blind bids corresponding bidders;properties of anonymity and one-time registration in E-auction have been satisfied by adopting elliptic curve cryptosystem(ECC) and signature based proof of knowledge;property of public verifiability has been satisfied and hav also by using Paillier's homomorphic encryption to directly comparing bids according to ciphers,black board system(BBS) and zero knowledge proof scheme.Technically speaking,this scheme has features as follows:1) sound security,it satisfies all secureity requirements of sealed-bid E-Auction scheme like bidder anominity,preserve bids,nonrepudiation,unforgeability. 2) Low dependence on semitrusted party.3) High efficiency and practicability since the scheme with low computation and communication costs.This paper further describes how to put the scheme into E-Commerce transaction platform,instancelize the scheme proposed in it,describes overall design of platform and E-Auction system,and illustrates detail design of key submodule in E-Auction system.Experiments show this platform is with high efficiency and practicality.At its ending,the paper describes the data structure and message format of our E-Auction system,implements the system,then gives a test instance to test whether the system works correctly.
