ACM(Air Cycle Machine) is a very important part of the plan's air-condition systerm, we must check-up ACM at regular intervals to make sure the systerm works well. In order to improve the check-up precision and reduce the cost, we designed the ACM test systerm. The systerm is main test these values: six parts pressure,six parts temperature, two parts throughput, one part accelerated speed and one part shift. To make sure the systerm can work in different environment, we designed the valve control card, the control card will control the valve how large it shoud open, in this way provide different test environment.The hardwares of ACM test systerm are include: the power-signal modulate card, the valve control card. The power-signal modulate card are include these parts: the power part, the signal modulate part, the signal light control part. The power part is mainly designed to provide power to the sensors. As the collect card can only collect voltage signal, the signal modulate part is main change the current signals into the voltage signals, besides that it also change other voltage signals which are not in the range of the collect card into its range. The signal light control part is main control the signal light by the collect card through the DARLINGTON arrsys, the operat worker can easily know the conditions of the ACM test systerm with these lights.To cooperate the ACM test systerm work, we designed the valve control card whose output is controllable 4~20ma current, the contol card's interface is base on PCI bus. The control card is mainly include thest parts: the interface part, the control part, the isolate part and the D/A part. The control programme is designed with QuartusⅡ, then download the programme into CPLD with JTAG. The drive programme of the valve contol card is designed with Windriver.The signals of eddy-current sensor in the systerm represent the two informations of the systerm, one is axes quiver signal which is correspond with the rotate speed; another is the systerm's own quiver signal, we call it low frequency quiver signal, we need analyse the second signal, here we choose the EMD algorithm to analyse it. Described the EMD algorithm and the decomposition detailedly, and validated the validity of EMD algorithm in the quiver signals analyse.The article is main researched the design steps and some basic principles of the ACM test systerm. The ACM test systerm has been successfully used in testing BOYIN 737,747,757,320, the test results showed that the ACM test systerm worked very well, all the test parameters are fit for the demand.
