Meanwhile, lots of netizens have hardware instructions that can create digital music and movie, these netizens provide lots of original creation on internet, and they also need a mechanism to distribute their creation conveniently, and protect their copyright and profit.The Digital Audio and Video Integration and Distribution Platform is built for these requirement. Besides, the system introduces a new role----supervisor, It maintains the balance and restriction between the resource provider and the service provider, make sure both of them get the fair profit.This article researches the related key elements of the DRM technology, gives a detail research and analysis on how to integrate the DRM and P2P technology, and finally introduces a new model to integrate DRM and P2P, then base on real-life requirements issues a detail design, furthermore, implement the design with coding. The test to the original system shows that it satisfies the primary requirement, and is checked and accepted by the Technological Department.
