In this period the law about the network is incomplete, it can't prevent people from the bad things. For beating the transport of the invalid network content, the goverment allways monitor these movement throughout kinds of means, monitor on the content of Website is one of them.In the process of design and exploitation of WIMS(Website Information Monitor SystemAuthor ) author took part in the design and implementation about client point subsystem. All relative key technology will be intrudoced at first, there are ACE development platform, packets capturing tool software, the assembly principle of the data on TCP level, pattern match arithmetic, etc. The next step includes analyzing the system demand and design of the whole system, this set of system is a complete architecture system which base on C/S mode, so it has two large subsystem, client point and management point. Thirdly, according to the complete architecture, it will demonstrate every functioin mode in detail.At last, the test report about the system will be presented, and then I will summarize the whole paper.The traditional means of monitoring on website compose of checking by person and filtering the content in the paper. comparing with low-efficient and passive traditional means, this WIMS directly captures the network data, and assembly the data from low protocol to high protocol( mostly is HTTP), abtain the text information from those data, judge whether there are sensitve word through analysing the text info. Using new monitor means can manage all website in particular district and improve the efficiency and strength.This WIMS mainly focus on the text information analysis expect for all object type. However basing on this system, adding relative function mode can fulfill the monitor to others net protocol.
