With the ever-changing military electronics and the rapid development of technology, the role and status of electronic warfare has been enhanced in modern warfare, the struggle of countermearsures and anti- countermearsures between radar and electronic warfare become increasingly fierce. As the wider application of high-tech ,such as anti-radiation,stealth technique and so on,there are a series of obstacles for the active reconnaissance, so the superiority of passive sensor is demonstrated, this excites a new peak on the research of passive detection technology and system. This thesis concerns on the design and development of data-fusion system and refered passive multi-sensor data association and target location and tracking , which are two core in multi-platform data fusion modulation soft system. The main contents and results are as follows:1. research on the data association algorithms using detective character parameter of passive sensors. According to the algorithm simulation, we compare the association performanc of elliptic threshold and rectangular threshold algorihtm under different scenes; in addition, we analysis the fine character of radio communication station and extract the symbol changing character of BPSK signal using wavelet tool and lipschitz exponent, this will provide some meaningful thinking for the further research;2. research on the data association algorithms based on angle only measurements in 3-D space, we simulate and analysis the association performance using different spatial clustering statistics of LOS; especially focus on the S-D assignment algorithm employing a successive Lagrangian relaxation technique. By simulation, the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm demonstrate better performance and application prospects.3. reasearch on the target location and tracking technique based on LOS, we analysis the location accuracy and influence factors by GDOP under multi-sensor situation; we do simple research on the tracking technique using EKF and compare the performance of location and tracking for target with different speeds. 4. research on the architecture, process and design of passive multi-sensor data fusionsystem, and we design the system structure diagram and software implementation flowchart. We decompose the system into five modulars, including design of scene, data association, location and tracking, tracking management, and database management. At last, we realize the multi-platform data fusion simulation software system.
