The field of digital image processing refers to processing digital images by means of a digital computer, so as to obtain certain anticipative effects, or withdraw certain useful information from the image. The digital image restoration is an important branch of digital image processing. It mainly aims at improving the quality of degenerated images. The comparative movements between digital camera and goal object in the exposure time leads to blurring. The restoration of motion blurring image has a widespread application area. In recent years, it becomes one of the hotspots in image processing both home and abroad.Motion blurring image restoration discusses the precise restoration of images which are taken while the object is moving. The key of restoration is to obtain the point spread function parameters precisely. This paper proposes a method to obtain the point spread function automatically. By analyzing the frequency chart of motion blurring images, we can automatically obtain blurring direction and length of the point spread function. It avoids the troubles and incorrectness of human-computer interaction. The practicability and veracity of arithmetic has been proved by simulating and by comparing with other PSF parameters acquiring methods.In the process of form, transmission and storage, images inevitably suffers various noise, this greatly prevents people from withdrawing information from images. Thus, adopting a proper method to reduce image noise plays an important role in image processing. Wavelet transform is a successful method in the image denoising area, can keep the details of image better. This paper proposes a method which combines manifold wavelet basis in image denoising. This method wipes off the common image noises availably. Based on the upper analyses and researches on motion blurring image restoration technology, we implement the motion blurring image restoration system (MBIRS), using the technical advantage of VC++ and Matlab combination.
