Information technology featuring multi-computer techniques and network communication techniques has brought about significant changes to teaching skill, methods, and even concepts concerning education. Nowadays, the project of "Internet communication" between schools has made it possible for the information hardware of all primary and middle schools to be linked. However, because of the problems left over from the past, when various application systems were designed, many compatibility issues arise, preventing the transfer of data and effective communication between schools, thus leaving us many isolated information islands. The article offers a detailed analysis and the present situation on the application of IT in primary schools and junior and senior middle schools. A full set of plans for integrating various application systems via an integrated platform is put forward under the guidance of SOA. Its aim is to overcome the disadvantages of multi-account management and the inability to share information among different software platforms. The use of XML will meet the requirement of one-stop service among different software platforms, and with the help of Web Service, information sharing between different software platforms will be realized. This essay provides a systematic structure backed by an authoritative system, which has made integration possible for the end-users, not only in application, but in service and working process as well. It plays an integrative role in digital campus construction.
