Ultrasonic testing is a very important method in the field of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and has been broadly using in the testing of quality for material and parts in modern industry. With the development of atutomation technology and micro-computer technology, the automatic testing equipment, which controlled by embedded system or micro-computer system, has replaced the human directly operating. In order to improve the efficiency and bennifit of testing, at the same time to ensure testing quality, automatic testing is a very important and significative research field. What you will read in this paper is just a automatic testing equipment used to testing armor plate with ultrasonic.The main work of this paper is to research and design a vision navigation system for a self-moving vehicle to replace its old navigation system.The core of a vision navation system is an image processing system. An image project mainly contains three parts. They are image processing, image analysis, image comprehension. In this paper I will mainly refer to image processing and image character distilling. Fixing on the edge of guided line is the main purpose of image processing. When finding the orientation of guided line in a frame picture, we can make a decision to control the vehicle pose. The main works include transforming RGB image to gray image, image yawp filter, transforming gray image to binary image, binary image processing, fixing the guid line, Houth transform and so on.This paper chooses the Visual C++ 6.0 ,an interactive IDE(Integrated Development Circumment) of Microsoft compony, as the development tool to design the programm of image processing. Vsisul C++ 6.0 is a popular and powerful application software development platform. All of the image processing arithmetics refered in this paper are programmed and performed successfully in this IDE.
