Web-based teaching system, located in various parts of the students, teachers no longer need to conduct face-to-face teaching activities. This means that teaching more and more people get the recognition and support, distance education has become widely accessible. Intelligent Answering teaching activities as an important link in the concrete realization of this new environment is a growing cause for concern. Currently, the typical network teaching intelligent teaching system on the part features some limited to e-mail, message boards systems, electronic bulletin discussion, Real-time teachers conducted under the auspices of the Internet chat rooms, and answer method of teaching obviously does not meet the demand.Network teaching students to meet directly with teachers, in the process of self-study students inevitably 100 incomprehensible, intelligent tutoring system has been established to develop network-one of the important tasks of teaching. In recent years, there have been some automatic intelligent tutoring systems, such systems to maintain a dynamic database of questions and answers. First, the user Keywords or Keywords logical combination, then there are the questions and answers in the database to find related material. This is a form based on keywords; Keywords rely on the accuracy of matching. One because it involves the extraction of keywords, the logic composition knowledge is not very familiar with the help of computer users. The other hand, the storage system user terminology and key words in his method of expression may not be exactly the same. Keyword matching precision will find answers to many problems, or can not find the answer.In the network of teaching, students can not meet with teachers directly and they inevitably have puzzled in self-learning process,the teaching system of networks has become to one of the important tasks of teaching, students receive timely answer, which will be conducive to eliminating the obstacles of students. Currently domestic representative network are also part of the teaching system is not satisfactory answer. Therefore, this article makes reference to a number of key technologies based on the Intelligent Answering System Model. The article elaborated on the system based on high school by requiring key technologies, such as sub-term problems, calculating the sentence similarity degree concept. Proposing the formation mechanisms of Frequently Asked Questions Base, the concept of the area of technical concepts such as dictionaries and sentence similarity degree calculation algorithm improvements, presented two new sentence similarity degree calculation models for these technologies to improve the performance of the Intelligent Answering System.
