At last,realize the recognition of identify codes by using the improvement algorithm of recongnizing the characters again.The above-mentioned algorithms about identify code image are all programed by C++ language and tested in VC6.0 platform.The result of the test indicates:the algorithm of recognizing identify codes in this paper can good recognize the identify code images of real website.At the same time, the appearance of Web Service realizes the seamless mutually operatability,it allows application using one kind of language to compile and on a platform to be able to use as a web service in another application compiling with different language and composing on completely different platform.At last,on the basis doing the research of the core technology of Web Service, make use of the characteristics of Web Service,pack the algorithm of recognizing identify codes as a ASP.NET Web Service by C# language on.NET platform,then release and realize it.In such instance,when the other programmer need to use the algorithm,in spite of what language being use in compiling programmer,he can use the Web Service of the recognizing identify codes algorithm directly.Througt this method,the programmer need not to compile the algorithm,it can realize the shared-rization of Web Service resources and keep with network serving develops.
