Smart Pressure Transmitter Calibration System Design And Implementation

The calibration system for intelligent difference pressure transmitterhas the characters of high precision, well automation, effectivelyanti-jamming, high reliability and so on. The system calibrates intelligentdifference pressure transmitter based on Hart FieldBus and highly improvesthe productivity, quality and the lever of management.The paper aims at the research and development of the calibration systemfor intelligent difference pressure transmitter, introduces the techniquetargets and technique requirements based on the calibration system's thebasic principle, theory and function. Focusing on the performance indexesand requirements of the calibration system for intelligent differencepressure transmitter, the paper discusses the system overall design,hardware design and software design. In the end the paper analyses theuncertainty of measurement and proves the correctness and rationality of thesystem design.The system realizes the automation calibration, the data management incomputer and solves the engineering problems of low precision of calibrating,poor reliability, mutil-transmitter calibrating at the same time.
