This dissertation researches and emulates some classical modulation technologies. They are extensivly using in the communication systems at present. In the paper the author introduces the principle, the analysis and the realization of these technologies. Thereinto, the author analyzes the IJFOQPSK and MSK modulation concretely, and then adduces the merits and the demerits of them.This paper focuses on the power specturn density of the modulated signal. It studies the ceaselessly progressive technologies, which enhance the using efficiency. And it summarizes the rules in this process. Then, the project combines the characteristics of the MSK, IJFOQPSK and researches in a creative way. On the basis of the MSK, the investigation introduces a new IJF coding and develops a digital modulation and demodulation system. It is a constant envelope Signal with the smooth phasic slope.The paper introduces the principle and the realization of this method, and gives out the analysis and calculation in the theory field with Matlab. The result shows that compared with MSK and IJFOQPSK, the CIJFMSK has a better spectrum. The dropping velocity of the secondary petal is lower than 20 dB. It reaches an outstanding level. Besides, the paper designs the hardware with Verilog HDL.
