The role of network intrusion detection system is similar to biological immune system. Network intrusion detection system is responsible for protecting the computer network system from receiving the infringement inside and outside. Biological immune system can protect human body from the infringement, such as bacterium, virus etc. Applying biological immunity's thought and working principal to intrusion detection system is a new thought in Network intrusion detection system.In the IDS that was based on biological immune system which was built before, it always detected the single packet whether it was intrusion. However it neglected the relation between packets. This paper introduce a new atribute that reflect the relationship betweet packets which improve the true rate.In the deal with the hole between detectors, This paper introduce a new mathod that dont need extra time when creat detectors. It need less time than the mathod before. It can be more close to the real situation.In the process of atribute matching, i use a new mathod that based on the computer familar datebase. it can improve the accuracy rate.This paper build a model of IDS based on bilological immune system. the system can be divided in there parts: detector generated, clone selection and intrusion detecting.
