Because of the fierce competition in the market, LYSTEEL's production mode has changed from "Make To Stock" (MTS) of the past to current "Make TO Order"(MTO). The requirement from clients becomes more specialized, which requires more characterized production management. In order to meet the requirement of the market, dynamically and speedy satisfy the characterized demand, LYSTEEL has built a production managing mode of its own style, realized MTO production, based on general steel-iron producing mode and the character of LYSTEEL's production management. This has greatly reinforced LYSTEEL's competitive ability.According to the character of the realization of the infomationization of production and management for manufactures, and the character of the producing management of LYSTEEL, taking MRP, MPS, BOM and MES into account, this thesis gives and close-loop mode for MTO production management. The thesis describes the system hardware design, the function design of ERP, the function design of MES and the database design, and discusses the relative technologies to realize close-loop mode. The thesis also discusses some key realizing techniques such as combination with C/S and B/S, real process of data, tuning of data query and data security, realized the require for AM of close-loop system.The production management system describes in this thesis has its obvious characteristic and complete structure. By running in LYSTEEL, it has gained satisfying economic benefit.
