Unified Identity Authentication Method On The Campus Network Users And Applications

With the development of information technology, the increasing networkapplication makes the network administration more complex. As the basis of systemintegration, the unified identity authentication has important meanings.Firstly, this paper analyzes the main technology of authentication; the existingunified identity authentication systems are deficient and unsuitable for the CampusNetwork of Qingdao University. Secondly, this paper introduces a system model thatis appropriate to Qingdao University. The system forms a lnaturity and practicallyframe on the basis of LDAP, Web Services, SOAP and XML.At last, this paper realizes the unified identity authentication system of QingdaoUniversity, solves the problem of single sign on (SSO) for the Campus Network users.The paper emphasizes on combining the theory and practice which is used in thesecurity construction in the construction of Campus Network of Qingdao University,analyzes the key problems and realizes the unified identity authentication system inapplications of C/S mode and B/S mode.
