The Panxi area is situated in south west of Sichuan Province. It is called the "food storage" of Sichuan partly because it is the merging point of Anling River, JinSha River and Yalong River. Many important factors, including good lighting, good temperature and good rain, make it quite suitable for the development of fish industry. Unfortunately, due to by other factors, such as communication, water property and environment, the fish industry is limited to traditional technology. Therefore, there is a great need for balancing the industry, improving respective technologies and improving the scale of the industry.Aiming at issues mentioned above, in this dissertation, we try to take some research on fish industry, including the scaling model, disease prevention along with other relative problems. The dissertation is based on the Sichan Education Beau project named "Research on Panxi area pool fishing and related technologies".In this dissertation, we design and implemented an information system of the fish industry. This system uses high performance Windows 2003 Server, IIS and powerful MSSQL 2000. ASP was adopted for script implementation, and the HTML generation method is the design model approach, therefore the resource of server is largely saved. Since the system is based on the Internet, people in Panxi or even wider areas can take such search in any time any where. The system provides two types of searching:1. Classified Search. More than 100 classes have been obtained according to the most widely used approach; and2. Keyword based searching. The user can use it the same way as using other famous searching engine, thus no training fee would be involved. This system is currently in use, and the web site is: http://test.942w.com.
