As the world energy crisis become more and more serious, the prospect of ICF research appeared more and more shiny. High power solid laser used in ICF become more bigger, preciser and complexer, so make the need for directional accuracy much higher. Based on the stability research of the structure of mosaic gratings, through the tests of structure vibration response in various conditions, effectiveness of vibration isolation and the processing of the tested data, creat the numerical model of structure random vibration response .Then analysis the reason for the structure abnormal vibration, then the damp method is adopted and a modify plan of structure is put forward. The main work includes:1. Based on the requirement of the ultrafast laser pulse , indicates the key technical demand, research purpose and significates of the beam stability, emphasizes the random vibration influence on the beam direction, presents the vibration control and beam direction control both are the key technique of the system precision, integration multi-discipline must be applied.2. Through the method of genesis, harm, evaluation and the control of micro vibration, shows the expressions of the micro vibration test, signal processing technic and the dynamical response, presents the calcuation method of dynamical response in time and frequence domain of the optic structure under periodic exciting and random exciting.3. Represent the reasons, theory and method of the mosaic gratings; compute the boundary conditions; use series damping methods to make the beam point more accurate; analysis the line shape of grating under different boundary conditions by FEA, improved the method of grating fastens.4. Based on gray system theory, gives a simple description on the foundation, gray generation and gray modeling of the gray system. Rely on test data and MATLAB tools, build the gray system model, and approved the model is simply and credible. Through the work above, conclusions can be made as: the research on the structure stability of mosaic gratings is a very important and can not be avoided. Both the vibration control and beam stability control are the key points of high power solid laser, and optic-mechanical integrate method must be solved.
