With the gradual realization of the 3rd Generation Cellular Communication technology and the integration of Mobile Communication and Internet, the Mobile Information era is coming. Because the traditional mobile stream media realization modes have many limits, the research on the implementation of multimedia broadcast on the mobile network has recently come into vogue. The 3GPP2 proposes the broadcast service (BCMCS) solution based on the CDMA2000 network. The BCMCS improves on the mobile communication network and provides the down broadcast channel for user. The BCMCS provides conditions for the implement of phone television. The BCMCS supports the optimization use of the cdma2000 radio interface and sends content streams from one provider to many terminals.This dissertation discusses the development and realization of BSN by 3GPP2 specifications. At the beginning, the dissertation introduces the function of BCMCS, and researches the BCMCS framework. Considering the cost and period of this project, the TOTAL2000 commercial platform is selected and a kind of redundant design for all of the cards is used to improve the dependability. For BCMCS software design and development, VxWorksRTOS and PilgrimOS are selected because of their advantages. And the modular programming method is used to realize the functions of BSN by modules. All-BC Signal Protocol Processing Module is the center in all of the modules, which not only processes all of the All Signal to setup A10-BC link, but also acts as the control module of BSN system. The dissertation emphasis on the development and realization of All-BC Signal Processing Module after the structure design is done. Then the module test, service test in real environment and simulated crazy calls test have been done successfully, which shows the BSN system has meet the expected requirement and have the good functions and high availability.In this dissertation, a kind of classic hash table technology is used to manage lots of important data so as to improve the system performance. The message authentication using MD5 Algorithm is realized in BSN software to improve the security. The A11-BC signal state machine is designed to ensure the correctness and the integrality of the signal processing. SESSIONCB saves the session information. BCRCB maintains an A10-BC connection. FLOWCB saves the flow identity related information. It is guaranteed the stability and extensibility of the BSN system through reusing the module.A brief summary and expectation is given at the end of this dissertation.
