Wireless Ad Hoc network is a kind of mobile wireless network with no infrastructure. It is composed of a series of mobile communication nodes. It has the distinction with wired network and centralized wireless network that no central node, multi-hop connection, auto-organization, energy limited, etc.Routing protocol research focuses on the point that how can a network node find a way from source node to its destination and transport information. Routing protocol in ad hoc has many differences compared with wired network and centralized wireless network. We must concern these differences when we design routing protocol in ad hoc. Routing protocol research has become the emphasis in ad hoc protocol stack designing. This dissertation focuses on the designing of load-balancing routing technique in ad hoc network. The load-balancing technique focuses on how to distribute and schedule portfolio reasonable and balanced. The intention of load-balancing routing is to make network portfolio be transported through light load region, beyond heavy load region and handover portfolio from busy route to idle route in time. There are two key techniques in load-balancing routing: load detection and portfolio management. This dissertation do research work circumfuse these two key techniques.Chapter I is introduction, talking about the background, intention and main task of the research work. Chapter II introduces the character and system structure of ad hoc as well as the basic concepts, techniques, status of load-balancing routing. Chapter III begins deeply research work on the two key techniques of load-balancing routing in ad hoc. It is the theoretical analysis part of this dissertation. We do theoretical analysis on load-balancing routing from these two sides. We also introduce some instances of the implement of these two sides. Furthermore, we advance and analyze some points which can be improved during the future research.Chapter IV&V advance two implement schemes of load-balancing routing. Chapter IV advances LBRPC protocol from the combination of node portfolio control and route request control. Chapter V advances LBRRSC protocol from the combination of node R&S speed control and route request control. Chapter IV&V all do theoretical analysis and simulation work on the schemes. The simulation results have confirmed these two schemes. Chapter VI is the conclusion.
