Color Image Color Adjustment Algorithm

As the development of the Computer capability, the development of Computer vision research, .the maturity of multimedia technology, and especially as the development of the color imaging device, color image processing technolocy become more and more important. Because of the complecity of the represent of color image, the gray image processing technoloty can not be derectlly used in color images, and the key of color image processing is how to use the color information effectively. The main content of this paper include the research of some of the gray image processing technology and it's application in color image enhancement, and the research of color image chroma adjustment.This paper will first introduce the application of digital image processing technology, the background of color image enhancement and the trends of interrelated technology. Then will analyse the factor of human vision, color foundation, summarize the color spaces and interrelated technology.In the aspect of image enhancement, methods of image enhancement were introduced; some basic gray image and hist processing technology were analysized. Then the basic of color image processing technology, and color transformation was analysized. In the last analyseze the application of gray image processing technology in color image, to adjust the luminance correctly.In the aspect of color image chroma adjustment, two methods were brought forward. In the method of color chroma adjustment based on the chroma similarity, the measurement of chroma similarity was introduced, make up the similarity fouction, and research the adjust method base on the similarity. In the method of saturation enhancement based on the color space segment, chorma space segment based on the HSV color space was brought forward, get the adjust curve, to enhance the saturation effectively.
