Based On The Web, Wap, The J2me Three-side Access To The Group Collaboration System Design And Implementation,

In information times, information-based managemeng tools brings huge revolution to organization running and management mode. Informationization has changed from technology layer to corporation management and stratagem,and even the key factor that influences the whole commercial environment. It incarnates not only in the information exchange between inner corporation and outer place but also the information share among organizations or members in corporation. So how to make information share and communication among members more convenience and rapid becomes a key factor for improving the efficiency of corporation running.Group Cooperation Service System is an information system that provides information share and communication for group clients. The system contains five main modules and provides three kinds of access. The five modules includes Employee Blue Page Management,Employee Calendar Management , Short Message Service,Mail Service and Information Search Engine. The three access are Web,Wap and J2me. The three kinds of access maximally enable users obtain information anywhere and anytime, thus, It improving the efficiency.Group Cooperation Service System is detailedly described,including Calendar Management,Blue Page Management and so on.The author use J2EE Frame as the main developing fram to implement the system function,and adopt the idea of web2.0 to implement a special access beared web2.0 feature.The author extend the idea of web designing to mobile phone,and use wireless application protocol to implement the wap extension.And also,The system has another local access, J2ME. How the three access cooperate is also explained. The new technology and the new idea that used in the system is described and how these tech and ideas bring into play is also introduced. Finally, Group Cooperation Service System is generally tested. The test results of performance are seriously analyzed. The tests indicate that this Group Cooperation Service System completely satisfies users'design requirements.
