Diagnostic Expert System Based On Neural Network Circuit Board Failure

With the rapid development of the electronic industry, it attaches great importance to analog circuit fault diagnosis which shows significance in orderly working and dependable design of electronic equipment and system In this paper, it studied the application of Expert System based on BP neural network in the analog circuit fault diagnosis on the foundation of traditional diagnosis theory.This paper presents the principle of the application of Expert System in fault diagnosis. It detailed introduces the framework, functions of every part, and workflow of the Expert System. It points out the current situation and existing problems of this method. This paper actualizes the integration of Expert System and Neural Network. It excellently utilizes the advantages of Expert System and BP Neural Network, and overcomes some of their disadvantages.Neural network expert system is designed based on neural network high identification ability and theory research. It includes expression, acquirement and reasoning of knowledge. The correctness of methods of analog circuit fault diagnosis mentioned in this paper was proved by the software of Matlab and Multisim. Finally, the Expert System based on neural network is tested by its application in radar power fault diagnosis.
