After monopoly in security is broken, strategies for stock broker company to get survived in the competitive market include market- driven, customer-oriented concepts, customer classification in finer granularity, comprehensive customer service management system, and building strong service brand. Customer relationship management (CRM) system is the application of information technology in modern business management.As the computers have been used in many fields, companies have accumulated large number of primitive data. But these resources have never been effectively utilized. So the situation with abundant data and poor knowledge has been formed. Data mining technology is just the golden key to open the door.The emphasis of this article is using GDBSCAN, one of density-based clustering method to analyze the deal data of security company to discover meaningful model to support expanding security business. In the article, GDBSCAN based on X tree technology be brought to resolve availably the problem of low function of disposal high degree data. In the article, the time complexity of algorithm be studied and the program run time under different experiment data amount is given.We chose a security company as an example. The case, first, introduces the problem of company's data applied and analyzes data platform organize framework. And then, the article gives out definition of problem, direct current position of data, description of data, wash of data, integration and transition, building model, apprehension and explanation of mining outcome. Finally, the problems to be watched by data mining are summed up.
