The replacement from the traditional artificial ticket-selling to the automatic ticket-selling system has realized the automation of the tickets selling and supervising in the passengers'transportation, which embodied the modern level of tickets'management in transportation system. It also brought great convenience to passengers and have improved the transportation efficiency and the economic benefit of the transportation agencies. So, automatic ticket-selling is an important means to resolve the current problems and is the inevitable trend of the transportation development. Nowadays in railway passengers'transportation, although the nation-netted booking and selling system of passengers'tickets has been set up, the selling form is unitary. So, it is of great importance to study the ticket -selling at fixed place or with mobile phone.This article carries out a discussion on the lead-in technique with making use of the public network resources to realize the ticket-selling at fixed place or with mobile phone and determines the mode of lead-in connection through analyzing and comparing the existing lead-in data business and realizes the railway ticket-selling system with mobile mode. The author explores the safety problems that the railway ticket-selling system faces and puts forward corresponding solutions with scientific methods of management to adopt a series of techniques of safety in the design of the soft-and-hard ware structure which can make wired and lead-in ticket-selling systems have certain safety ability of protection. The research contents of this article also involves the interface and the mechanism of data-exchange between railway passengers' ticket-selling system and lead-in ticket-selling system and briefly introduces the exploitation of the POS machine application software in lead-in ticket selling system and the agency software of mobile phones.The railway lead-in ticket selling system can be a kind of organic complement of fixed-place ticket-selling system and an important component part of the whole service information system for railway passengers.
