Digital video watermark is the difficult point and hot spot in copyright-protected for digital products in present. The author's copyright information is made into a watermark, And the function of owner-distinguish and owner-verify is implemented through inserting the watermark into the digital video stream and checking the watermark from it with this technology. So this technology has a broad prospect of application in defending in information security and fighting with pirate.In this dissertation, a model of advance-insert digital video watermark with blind retrieval is implemented through studying in wavelet and chaos and using the main technology of digital video watermark.Firstly, the application of wavelet and chaos in watermark is studied and verified in this dissertation. The requirement of fidelity is greatly fit and the quality of digital video is reserved in the watermarked video frames because the images have been transformed by wavelet before they will be inserted into with a watermark. The initial value will be used as a stegokey to produce a chaos array and hashtable to get a chaotic watermark image because of the sensitive of initial value. So the security of watermark is strengthened.Secondly, a model of advance-insert digital video watermark is implemented after studying in the technology of digital video watermark. After composed and decomposed with AVI video stream, watermarked video stream will be obtained through inserting watermark into the frames. This method has a good effect in resisting from frame-losing and getting rid of frames.Finally, for the implementation of blind retrieval, the algorithm of mean value jitter is used in inserting the watermark into the frames to implement that the watermark can be checked without the initial video stream. So this method is greatly facilitated to the checking of watermark.In this dissertation, Simulation experiment has been down in the application of wavelet transform and chaos theory in digital video watermark with MATLAB and VC++ platform. So we obtained the empirical datum and carried on the analysis in the upper keytechnologies. The experiment proved that the digital video watermark model in thisdissertation can obtain some effect in enhancing security, robustness and realizing blindretrieval, and lays the foundation of further fundamental research and technologicalinnovation.
