Robot soccer game involves multiple robots, which is needed to collaborate in an adversarial environment to achieve specific objectives or show a teamwork behavior. Compared with other multi-robots system such as transporting robots in workshop or assembly robots on assembly line, robot soccer system operates in the condition of intensive confrontation between two robot teams, so the system is needed to have higher intelligent degree. Robot soccer system provides us a standard test-bed and theoretic research model of multi-agents.As a strategy research high level question, Robot soccer situation assessment is a brand-new research topic, which is vital to develop a high level strategy system. Consideration of situation assessment is still insufficient, which results in fighting method unitary and strategy realization that lacks of mobile flexibility. This thesis researches in robot soccer competition situation analysis and decision making software.First, in the athletic field situation analysis research aspect, we unified the expert experience and the actual competition analysis to determine affects the athletic field situation several key aspects, uses the fuzzy decision-making method to obtain each policy-making body at first to get the degree of membership, then carries on final using the community decision-making thought according to qualification. This policy-making model has realized to the athletic field situation effective appraisal, carried on the decision-making for the decision system to provide the reliable basis.Second, in the soccer robot decision system design aspect, we proposed four decision system design proposal based on the athletic field situation, carried on the detailed analysis and the design at each level.Third, in the robot soccer decision system realization aspect, we used the system single cycle structure to carry on the detailed design to the decision system which satisfied the timely request the robot soccer decision-making software.Finally, we used the new soccer robot strategy system in the robot soccer competition and have obtained the quite satisfactory effect.
