With the rapid development of Internet and web technology, the probability of data sharing among different organizations and departments increases. However, information system is often constructed with various platforms and technology. This is the so called "information island" problem we encountered today. We have already realized the data exchange platform ExistABC, which implements the data sharing of heterogeneous data resource and improves the efficiency of data sharing. But single data exchange center can't meet the requirement of large-scale and vast data exchange. In order to meet all sorts of the platform, data resource and application to exchange more efficiently, we need extend single data exchange center to multi data exchange center. In this paper, the inner structure and character of our single data exchange center are firstly overviewed and analyzed, then the multi-domain management model is presented. The main research work in this paper includes:1. Design the Domain Identifier management model to make the domain and relevant resources identified and managed uniformly.2. Propose schema negotiated model and build a data exchanging mechanism exchanged environment. The global schema management is used to manage sharing xml schema, every domain can publish and subscribe the sharing schema there, avoiding the increasing load when they access each other frequently. The clipped schema is presented to assure the data exchange safely among the domains with different privilege and build the agreement on the exchanging data.3. Design the security architecture and services of the cross domain data exchange. Global CA's function is to build the trust link among different domain. Also authentication and access control are necessary in cross domain data access. The system's web services security is implemented by XML signature, XML encryption and SOAP security extensions, which ensure the data's confidentiality and integrity in the process of cross domain data exchange.
