Based On The Security Barcode Cuanhuo System Design And Realization

In China, market economy expands dramatically in the past years. Along with the expansion, many illegal issues are raised. Take illegal product copy and regional dumping for examples. Some producers tend to earn easy money by simply copying those popular branded commodities, and regional distributors tend to dump their inventory into other regions so they can reach a higher sales record and hit the higher rebating rate from the suppliers accordingly. The most popular anti-fake technology is to use a unique mark, like a laser label, to stick on the product. But unfortunately, such anti-fake technology seems so easy to be broken. As for the regional dumping issue, this technology even doesn't work at all. In this paper, we introduce a new anti-fake and regional dumping system with adopting barcode technology.Barcode technology is a high speed, accurate and cost-effective data tracking and management technology. It's widely used among developed countries as a must-part of modern logistics information system. The barcode system in this paper integrates computing, electronic, cryptology and printing technologies plus mobile SMS and Network ID systems to be a multi-functional anti-fake and regional dumping logistics management platform.The platform is developed under a general platform programming environment, GTLII. It includes four sub-system, barcode generation, production and packaging integration, inventory and shipment management and logistic checking points. Each sub-system contents a user friendly interface and only minimum operations are required. In logistic checking points, a hardware sub-system is used to collect the data on site and can be easily connected to host PC through dialing-up or wireless connection.
