Currently the network game is already very popular, The size of the market is constantly expanding However, the current research is still relatively small for online games, Particularly in the way to identify online games there is still no practical method, This was mainly due to the development of online games is no uniform standard in the transport layer above , The purpose of this paper is to find the way to identify the online games, and researching corresponding related software for the capturing Packet. In this paper the characteristics of online games and the use of the technology is researched And the basal agreement and techniques are also discussed, for example agreement on equality users, client and server structure, agreement on unanimous step, agreement on incident lock. Then we explored the mechanism of capturing Packet of capturing Packet software, To help understand in depth we started talking about capturing Packet from bottom of the operating system in NIC level, introducing how a data packet received by NIC through filtration go to the application software for the analysis of the agreement.
