| The design of an X band broadband microwave correlator used in digital instantaneous frequency measurement (DIFM) is introduced in the paper. The theoretical analysis of time and frequency domains about microwave correlator is discussed deeply. The scattering parameters of microwave correlator are first derived, and the error analysis model of microwave correlator is established according to the derived results. What cause the phase-detecting error of microwave correlator are analyzed particularly by matlab numerical simulation program. Some pivotal technology of design and the circuit optimization of microwave correlator are introduced especially. Finally an X band broadband microwave correlator of new stripline structure is designed by electromagnetic simulation softw(?)re of Ansoft corporation, and the pressed circuit boards are fabricated and tested. Some test technologies are introduced, and the test results show that the X band microwave correl(?)tor is in well accordance with the design target. |
