With the continuing increasing of fake products in the market, the degree of anti-fake fighting is strengthened in every industry and so many kinds of products aiming at fighting the fake goods in our market are invented and developed.The anti-fake system of differentiating infrared bar code is researched and designed in this thesis .utilizing the invisible feature of the infrared invisible bar code to make the system's first layer anti-fake realization and utilizing the random encode of 32 pieces of the infrared invisible bar code to make the system's second layer anti-fake realization.The system introduce light filter plus CCD camera to collect image.using chip MAX7000E to control the logic and timing series of storing the data of the video image, using chip LM361 to change the grey image to '0' '1'image and using the chip TMS320VC33 to execute the image's matching and recognition algorithm - by comparing the numerical values of the bar codes of the object image with the benchmark one to differentiate whether the object one is true or not .The whole system use DSP as the CPU , which makes the system break away from it's dependent on PC to make the system portable.According to the request of the system, a complete bar codes image recognition algorithm is presented in this thesis.The anti-fake system of recognizing infrared bar code we design, as a new kind of technology, will have a broad application in the transportation of goods, CIQ, goods inspection etc.and will offer a new idea to the development of the anti-fake market.
