With professional communication user constantly requiring more quickly setup a call, more reliability and more security, Trunking system complexity and business functions constantly increase. Raising more requirement about functions and performance of the system, result in demandingness about system testing technical.In order to raise efficiency and quantity of the testing, studying the automation testing tool becomes urgent. Besides, we need to establish a suite of satisfactory testing process, to guarantee the quantity of the system testing.For the accuracy, stability, and robust of the GoTa system, to raise the system testing quality and efficiency, we specially developed the automation testing tool SimuPTT based on GoTa system. The testing tool can used in system testing for other mobile communication system.Firstly, the thesis introduces the design thought of the automation testing tool which is based on the GoTa system, and it presents the design and realization of the encoding/decoding module, the modules which read and process the processes, and so on.Secondly, based on the classics testing model and my testing experience, the thesis presents a testing model using the testing tool.At the last, I simulate user setup PTT private call process in large quantity to realize testing performance of the GoTa system, and analyzes the result of the SimuPTT in some tests. Using the testing tool in the testing work can increase the testing efficiency, and it can help to realize automation testing.
