The research of millimeter wave radiometric characters of object and the good performance of the radiometer promote the fast developing of the millimeter wave systems in the field of missile guidance and projectiles. In the paper we study the millimeter wave radiometric characters and the measuring principles of the radiometer at first. Then we illustrate the radiometric characters of the mental objects. The radiometer measures not the brightness temperature of the object but the antenna temperature which is the brightness temperature "smoothed" by the system weighting function. So we must use some inversion techniques to calculate the brightness temperature. In the paper we analyze and realize using MATLAB two inversion techniques (the gradient method and the DFP method), and check the two techniques , too. At last we analyze the error using the Principles of Uncertainty. |
