Lying between the infrared and the microwave spectrum, millimeter wave has a characteristic of the two mentioned above, thus forms its characterized performance . In the last few years, as MMW integrate circuit becoming riper at a high speed ,high speed VISI device and method of signal processing emerging constantly , passive millimeter wave formation of imaging technology has gone out from laboratory to practical stage progressively already, beginning to show ability in military , civil and scientific research ,etc.In this paper,the main work is followed. Gather the data in radiation temperature of different flat targets with the 3mmDicke type radiometer, analyze the data collected with different caliber aerial ; Summarize physical principle of imaging with passive millimeter wave , analyze the imaging of radiation; Go on,according to low space resolution characteristic to 3mm radiation image, probe into the methods of compound structure morphology , little wave and the nonlinear extrapolating in frequency space ; Recover the 3mm radiation image through the simple degradation function, because of imaging system sample in half power beam actually , compare the recover effect use half power degradation function and expand degradation function.
