The abandoned resin incinerator project of WeiXing Group in TaiZhou city applied the technology of the multilayer Circulation Fluidized Bed boiler. The system of CFB is so complicated, the best way of monitoring and operating this system is the distributed control system (DCS), which is the most reliable and economical way. The key points of this paper include the design of PLC and the client part of the system, and the realization of automatic control function.The client part of this DCS adopt the industrial personal computer which is manufactured by ShangHai YanHua Company, and the PLC is Siemens S7-300 series.According the structure of the DCS, the front half part of the paper mainly introduces the design of the PLC and the client part of the DCS.About PLC part, mainly state the hardware and software design.And about the client part, the paper firstly introduce the designing steps and skills of the monitoring interface, secondly introduce the configuration of the kingview variables and the programming design of monitoring system.The back half of this paper mainly state the research of control arithmetic about the the full process control of the drum water level and the control of the incinerator combustion. The full process control solution of the drum water level applies the single stage-shift integraioin-intelligent PID control arithmetic. Aiming at the control of incinerator combustion, based the former designing experiences, this paper designs the improved antificial intelligent PID control arithmetic.Through the partical operation test, this monitoring system realized the requirement of the client.In all, the abandened resin incinerator DCS designed by this paper is proved to be a new, effective and highly automatic control system. The design idea of this project is progressive. In the experience of the operation, the control effect reaches the request of design for the incinerator control system. The design method and solution stated by this paper have high pratical value and theoretic significance, will be worthwhile to use for reference by the engineer, when they design the DCS for the similar CFBs.
